Step 1: We Follow Your Dream

First, we'll listen. To build a home that works for you, we need to know your vision.

What have you always wanted in a home? Your concepts, tastes and comforts will serve as our beacon.

Step 2: We Learn About Your Life

Using a unique Calvis Wyant process, we invite you to observe your family's daily routine, recording the details in a beautiful dedicated journal that we provide. Your floor plan will arise from this real-life study, resulting in a home that fits your lifestyle like a glove.

Step 3: We Draw the Plans

You'll talk with our architectural team, or show them plans you have already commissioned. We'll meet, talk, review, refine. Very soon, you'll have your initial plan, which we'll work on together to mold and remold until you're thrilled.

Step 4: You Select the Details

With our elegant in-house design studio and our design selection staff as your personal resource, you will select the flooring, tiles, colors and finishes that match your sense of home. Have an existing relationship with a designer? We're happy to assist and coordinate with your trusted advisor. To spare you the hold-ups and costs so common in custom builds, we make sure that every detail is accounted for, and every decision made, before the first stone is set.

Step 5: We Execute the Plan

By this stage, your work in the collaboration is done. You can relax while we manage the many steps to the requisite permits, and the many following that, and the coutless more still to come. Our passion for detail, and our logical sequence, provide your assurance of a smooth journey home.

Of course, we'll keep you in the loop at every stage. You can visit the building site as often as you like, or delegate the whole process to us with total peace of mind.

Your dedicated Calvis Wyant project manager directs your entire story, as you've written it. We gladly accept responsibility for perfecting every aspect of your custom home.
