2003 Book of Lists - The Business Journal
Ranked # 2 - Category: Custom Home Builders 2003 Book of Lists is a key gauge of changes for individual industries as well as the Valley as a whole, delivering concise information about businesses. The purpose of the rankings is to identify the strongest entities within each industry's category. Lists are based on quantifiable information, such as the number of employees, gross sales or other objective measures of a company's relative strength. While other publishers have similar lists, the Business Journal Book of Lists remains the final word. There are reasons for that: We do the leg work and don't rely on data obtained by ballot stuffing. Also, we do not charge companies to be on the list, they need not be a subscriber to appear, and we don't publish to satisfy advertisers. Data is based on the 2002 fiscal year and data is current as of the published date.

The Best of Arizona Business 2002
Ranked # 8 - Category: Custom Home Builders Ranking Arizona: The Best of Arizona Business is the result of the largest business opinion poll taken in Arizona. Each business is selected by the staff of Arizona Business Magazine based upon the business and leisure activities of Arizona's business community. Determining who is best in any given industry is challenging, so we turn to the residents of Arizona for the answers. Ranking Arizona is based purely on opinion, not company revenues and the number of employees. Instead, participants who voted based their opinions on quality of product, service and people. We wanted to know which companies you would recommend doing business with. Congratulations to those who made our list. You truly represent The Best of Arizona Business!
