During his early years as a skilled carpenter, Tony Calvis noticed a common flaw in the construction business. Too often, builders were penny-wise and pound-foolish. Blueprints off by an inch were overlooked. Unauthorized substitutions were made with respect to scarce materials and time-consuming detail.

This short-cut philosophy cost clients sleep, satisfaction, and hard-earned dollars for repair and replacement. Tony found such widespread casualness unacceptable. He set out to create a new philosophy for creating outstanding homes, and a complete system to support it.
