Award recognizes Arizona builder in the one-of-a-kind custom home over 8,000 square feet category
Scottsdale, Ariz. December 13, 2018 – Calvis Wyant Luxury Homes, an Arizona-based luxury custom home builder, announced today that it is a winner of the 2018 Best in American Living™ Awards (BALA) by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) in the one-of-a-kind custom home category for single-family residences over 8,000 square feet.
The winning luxury home, was designed by Gary Wyant and built by Calvis Wyant Luxury Homes of Scottsdale, Ariz. Carefully crafted to mimic the architectural and design style of an expansive yet cozy and lush Mediterranean Villa, the award-winning Paradise Valley estate was planned to capture and preserve the spectacular views of Camelback Mountain. The home serves as a Southwestern retreat for the owner’s large extended family that visits often to enjoy the Arizona lifestyle through the home’s indoor and outdoor living spaces. The residence offers several large, warm gathering areas as well as many elegant separate rooms and patio areas that offer guests comfort and privacy.

Interior designer Lissa Lee Hickman of LHL, Inc. did an amazing job creating an inviting transitional interior that is as luxurious as it is comfortable. It’s as if the house has already stood the test of time, yet offers the family all the modern comforts and conveniences of the modern day.”
